The age that was advertised on Amazon was different from the age on the box. It is for younger kids not for 8 years old.

My 4-year olds love this game even my son who has very little patience for board games. It moves quickly and everyone gets a chance for a match so they don’t get bored. I ordered another one to give as a gift – fulfilled by Amazon – but it took so long to arrive (more than a week) that it missed the party and will be returned. Other products I ordered at the same time arrived much faster, shipped directly by the other merchant. So while I recommend the toy, I’d suggest maybe getting it shipped direct from the merchant.

This is a fun and durable game.
Both of my children enjoy playing this and I don’t mind it.
But I don’t care for the competitiveness of it, you have to be the first one to call out Zingo in order to get the tiles you need for your card.
And the slider that dispenses the tiles is a little hard for my four year old to operate.
Overall I like it.
My son who is four loves it!

Recently had a vacation with all the grandkids and this toy came out at least once a day. All ages liked it. They made up their own games and the little ones had fun working the device as well as matching. The tiles were durable and the cards withstood abuse. I think it was a great toy and one I will store for others in that age group.

My 3.5 year old son has not really shown a great deal of interest in reading books. He doesn’t have the patience to sit and draw for more than 10 minutes. Even play dough won’t keep his attention for long. I truly believed that this game would be no different, and that he would be off playing with something else once the game got underway. How wrong I was!
Since the very first day we opened the box, he has been engrossed in this game, and wants to play it all the time. He’s surprisingly good at it too, and my husband and I sometimes have a hard time beating him. We thought we’d have to hold back and let him win, but he can win all on his own.
We have been anxiously awaiting the day when we could all sit down as a family and play a game together, and I am thrilled to find one that can hold his attention.
The game is very well made, and seems rugged and durable for rough-housing.
